The UMKC men's and women's cross country teams will compete in the NCAA Midwest Regional hosted by the University of Kansas at Rim Rock Farm in Lawrence, Kansas for a chance to compete in the NCAA Championships. The meet will include the women's 6K race at noon on Friday, November 13, followed by the men's 10K at 1 p.m.
