Student-Athletes Give Back Through Annual Toy Drive

Senior Remy Abrought (Kansas City, Mo.) has been named the WAC Indoor Track Female Athlete of the Week for her performance at the Kansas State Winter Invitational on Saturday.

Multiple Roos set personal records and won their events on Saturday afternoon at the K-State Winter Invitational in Manhattan, Kansas.

Christopher Bryan (St, Catherine, Jamaica) led the way for the Roos with his second-place finish on the men's side of the Carol Robinson Pentathlon in Manhattan, Kansas, on Friday afternoon.

The UMKC track and field team will wrap-up its 2016 portion of the indoor season this weekend at Kansas State in Manhattan, Kansas.

Sophomore Jamarice Preston (Dallas, Texas) has been named the WAC Indoor Track Male Athlete of the Week after his record setting performance at the Bob Timmons Challenge on Friday.
